Hello,
I hope you can help me. I purchased a Single user Freelance License in 2018 and activated it on 25 nov 2018, with no expiry date.
I haven't been using the software for a few months and now when I want to start it again I get the message 'Evaluation expired [37]'. When I click on Validate and enter my product key in the text box I get an error message 'validation not succeeded, non licenses currently available...'
How can I solve the problem?
