Hello everyone.
I just passed the certification examn for Trados 2022 - Level 2. Unofrtunately, when I click on the link "View and distribute your personal certification page http://www.rws.com/certified/xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx to show other people that you are RWS Certified", I get the following Error message even though I am correctly logged in: "You must provide a valid user ID to view this page". How can I solve this problem?
Please copy and paste the certification link in a separate tab so that you can access your certificates.

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, I still get the same Error message, even if I copy the link in a separate tab. What could I do?
