I have an installation of studio 2021 on a broken computer so cannot deactivate it offline.
When I tried the reset licenses button (first time) in my account, it generated an error and could not reset the license(s).
Please help on how to deactivate the license on the old computer as I need to activate it on my main computer now, the 2nd license is on my secondary computer.
