From what I can see you used the "Reset license" button in the same day when the license was activated so the license was reset and shows as available now.

This doesn`t affect the Studio functionality but if you want I can switch the license status to "In use".

Hi Sorin,

Appreciate the quick response. I have absolutely no recollection of resetting my license but indeed, I can still use the Studio just fine.

I will be planning to upgrade my Studio 2021 to 2022 in-lieu of the launch of 2024 version. May I ask if I upgrade my 2021 license key to 2022, does that mean I won't be able to use the 2021 version anymore? If that is so, then I think there is no point of switching the license status to "In Use".

You can upgrade the license to 2022 version and activate Studio 2022 with it and Studio 2021 will still work. 

In order to do this the license needs to be Available so there`s no need to switch it on In use.

Hi Sorin,

Once again thank you for the swift response. I have just activated my Studio 2022 and it is also showing "In Use 0".

Is this supposed to happen?

On our end the license shows as In use. Can you please refresh the page or go to Downloads page and then to Licenses page again?
