Unable to access Studio with 12-month subscription

I have purchased a Trados Studio Freelance - 12 month subscription but am unable to access Studio. I receive the message "The product licence has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit. To start Trados Studio again, you must activate the product".
My current subscription does not show up under "Products and Plans" in my RWS account but there is confirmation of my order (placed in February 2024) in the Account section.
I see that a number of others have been having the same issue but there is no solution online.
