As I am retiring from my professional activity as of May 1, 2024, I would like to deactivate my licenses (Trados Studio 2022 and Multiterm). I could not deactivate these licences online.

There is no need to deactivate the license. The right to use it stays yours regardless. In any case, have you tried deactivating from the program, Help - Product activation?
