I need to uninstall and then reinstall my Studio 2017 to fix a bug.
I can't deactivate online, I get the error message: Could not revoke this license - Could not connect to the activation server
I can't deactivate offline. When from my RWS account I generate the Deactivation authorization and past it in the offline Deactivation window on my computer, I get the error message: Failed to deactivate offline. The specified deactivation autjorization may not be valid.
What to do?
