I have a license connected to one email address, but my RWS account is connected to a different email address; with this, I am unable to take advantage of RWS vendor upgrades and discounts. How can I correct this issue? Thank you!

You can check our vendor promotions in your RWS account, in the Vendor tab https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/Vendor
The upgrade path from Trados 2017 has been closed in 2022.
