Hello. I am trying to start SDL on my computer, which I have done in a long time. I am being asked for an activation code, which I enter, to no avail. Message in a box says activation failed and asks I check server address.

Question

SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance 
 I am being asked to enter activation code, which I do. 
 Activation fails. 
 
 I am asked to check activation server address. I don't understand what that means. 
 Please help.
