Decativate Licence

I have been told by Trados Chat that I can't deactivate the licence myself. Can someone help me in doing this? I have bought a new 12 month subscription but apparently need to decativate the licence to be able to use it. When I attempt to deactivate a pop up appears saying Deactivation Failed.
