This morning, when I turned on my PC, I ran into a problem with Trados that I can't explain: I was asked to activate my Trados 2021 licence using an activation key. The problem is that my perpetual licence was activated in October 2021 and I no longer have the activation key. The "reset an activation code" link takes me to a non-existent page. I don't understand why I'm being asked for this activation code since I purchased a perpetual licence. When I log into my RWS account, no licence can be found in the Licences and Subscriptions tab ! There is no way I pay another perpetual licence, please somebody to help me out here !
