I have a 2019 licence and a 2017 licence. I want to make the latter work on another computer than the 2019 one. I did this with the help of your staff a few months ago, it was only possible to install it as a trial version. I was told that after the trial period expires the 2017 version will pick up the licensing from Studio 2019 automatically. Well, this did not happen, my 2017 sdl got deactivated on the new computer. I cannot reactivate it. Please help
