I cannot deactivate my current "SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance" license after a factory reset and I didn't deactivate it before performing the laptop reset. I have no idea what to do next. It's still in the trial status in the " Product Activation" dialog box now. kindly assist on what I can do now.
