SDL Trados 2015 suddenly says I am running trial version after (seemingly) successfully activating license.

With some help from the forum here, I successfully installed SDL Trados 2015 on my new laptop (having successfully deactivated my license on my old laptop and (seemingly) successfully reactivated license on my new laptop. I have been working fine with it for about a week, and when I opened Trados today it suddenly showed the "Trial version" pop up saying I had 25 days left of my trial version.

When I log onto my account is says my license was activated on 6 May 2024.

I'm not sure how to resolve this issue and can't find anything from an online search. Should I reset my license? Would that help?
