activating or resetting license

Hello, I am Kate Yang

Please help me with my trados activation or resetting the license. 

I was working with it fine until I opened it this morning, when it started with the initial setting page and asked me to activate the program. 

I tried deactivating and resetting the license, only to receive the message that I exceeded the three-time resetting limit within 12 months. 

I had to try the reset option when I had a problem in adding a new file, about which I raised a case in the community board last week. 

When I had the problem I deactivated and asked for a reset but the program didn't change and ask me for activating like this time, so I kept using it without resetting or activating or anything. 

Could anyone tell me if there is an alternative way to get my trados activated?
