Dear Sir or Madame,

I have a problem and I dont know, whar to do, so I am writing you now.
I am studying at the Charles University Prague. I have an student account at RWS and downloaded Trados Studios 2022 in March 2024. Everything worked well until the harddisk of my notebook got brooken one month ago.
I have a new notebook now, but I am not able to download the programme, because I am seeing only the loading screen for the free trail, but the button is never loading till the point, where I could dowload the program, even after hours...


I would be very happy, if you have any solution for me, because I need to work with the program for university...
