Can't deactivate my Freelance License

Hello,

I currently own two licenses: Trados Studio 2021 Freelance and Trados Studio 2021 Professional.

I want to deactivate the Freelance one in order to activate the Professional one on the same computer.

Anytime I try to deactivate the Freelance one, I get this: 

Error dialog box titled 'Deactivation failed.' with a red cross icon, stating 'Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded.' and an 'OK' button.

Then I get this message :

Information dialog box in French titled 'Informations' with an information icon, stating 'La licence du produit a ete desactivee, Trados Studio va donc se fermer. Pour redemarrer Trados Studio, veuillez activer le produit.' and an 'OK' button.

(The license has been deactivated on its own. To start SDL Trados Studio again, you must activate the product.) And when opening Trados Studio again, Freelance is active again.

I can not deactivate it whether online or offline. I tried un- and re-installing my software, but it doed not work, and neither does Trados Freshstart.

What can I do ?
