Cannot activate Trados Studio Freelance subscription--PLEASE HELP!!!

When attempting activate the subscription to my recently purchased Trados Studio Freelance (Trados Studio 2022 SR2 CU10), I get the following error message:
 
Your RWS ID is not linked to any RWS Language Cloud account.
Create an account or contact your RWS Language Cloud account administrator.

 
When I searched Trados forums for directions on how to resolve this issue; the first step is "log in to Trados Enterprise." When I attempt to do so, I get the following error message:
 
An account has already been linked to your organization. We recommend that you contact your account administrator for helping you with the user configuration. Alternatively, contact the support team.
 
I am not technologically savvy, and I have no idea how to resolve this problem.
I have projects that I need to get done using this software.
Can someone pls help!!!
