Hi,
Yesterday I deactivated a SDL Trados Studio 2021 Professional License from the laptop in which it was activated. This part of the process dit not present any problems. However, when I logged in the RWS online platform the license still appear to be in use. I already try to deactivate offline and reset the license, but its not working,
