Cannot activate licenses, now 2 keys are occupied and trados app not activated.

I'm an enterprise user with multiple keys. Trados returns a ”failed to install RMS license string. Error ID: 210150" message when i tried to activate a key on a PC, I tried with a diffrent key, same results. Now both the keys shows up as "in use" in my account page, but the trados app on my pc still is in trial. I cannot deactivate nor can i reset them on the license management page. Please help me deactivate them.

and why online activation does not work this PC? I have other PCs successfully activated, this is the only one that does not work. What went wrong?
