Inactive Trados 2022 Subscription immediately after purchase (purchased today)

Hi,

Today I purchased a 12-month Trados Studio 2022 R2 Freelancer subscription. The order was processed normally, payment was collected, and an invoice was issued. However, the subscription is still listed as 'Inactive'. There is no option to activate or reset the subscription/license. Somehow it is listed as having expired before being activated?

Each time I try to open Trados, the login window closes immediately due to license deactivation

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
