Error al abrir SDL Trados 2015. Hasta ayer, el programa funcionaba perfectamente. Hoy, al querer abrirlo, dice: Error: No se puede cargar el archivo o ensamblado "Infragistics4.Win.UltrWinToolbars.v14.2, Versión=14.2.20142.2092, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyTolken  =7dd...." ni una de sus dependencias. Se esperaba que el módulo tuviera un manifiesto de ensamblado.

He reiniciado el ordenador, pero el error se repite.

He reinstalado el programa, pero el error se repite.

¿Alguien conoce la solución? Gracias.

    Please try resetting Studio first.  This article explains what to do:

    Studio reset: http://kb.sdl.com/kb/article?ArticleId=4393&source=Article&c=12&cid=23

    But only apply the first two as you probably don't need to change the projects folder for this problem:


    C:\Users\[User_Name]\AppData\Local\SDL: delete/rename the SDL Trados Studio and ProjectApi folder
    C:\Users\[User_Name]\AppData\Roaming\SDL: delete/rename the SDL Trados Studio folder

    Don’t do number 3. ie, the projects folder.

    If that doesn't help you should log a support case.  Go to the Knowledgebase;

    Then go to the tab called Solution Finder ( http://kb.sdl.com/?cid=23&tab=sf ) and now go here;

    Download & Installation Problems
    - I use SDL Trados Studio and/or SDL MultiTerm 2009, 2011, 2014 or 2015
    -- The installation went fine but now I get an error message etc
    --- The problem occurs in (pick the appropriate tool/s)
    ---- None of the articles resolved my problem (if they didn’t!)

    Follow the route for your problem and if there is no answer that helps by the time you get to the end you'll be presented with a form to contact support. Complete all the fields in the form making sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.

    Also use the Chrome browser to log the case if you have it; you'll get more success in completing the form.
