We have been using Trados 2021 SR2 network licenses successfully for a number of years now. As of last week, we are no longer able to receive a license from the server. All users (on different endstations) are reporting the same issue. License request results in the error message "An error occurred while requesting a license. Click Retry to try agin."
We are running Trados Studio 2021 SR2 16.2.12.9338 and have updated the license server manager to 17.0.648 without resolving the issue. We have now been unable to use the software for over a week.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
