To whom it may concern,
My computer with Trados installed got stolen and now I´m trying to restart Trados on my new computer. I have recieved e-mails from your collegues about how to proceed. Unfortunately I can´t deactivate my Trados even though I recieved a deactivation ticket. I understand that I first have to deactivate my Trados to be able to restart it on my new comp.
