License activation error

Question

Dear All, 
 in 2022 I purchased the Trados Freelance License, but recently I couldn't view my Trados projects, even though the drop-down window said "View all Projects". By trying to solve this problem I created a worse one. 
 When I open Trados I get the message that the license is not active:

When I enter the activation code it says it is not available because it is already active.

I tried to reset the license, but I get this error:

Please help me! I do not know what to do!
