Assistance required to deactivate my SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance as my laptop died

Hi,
I have no longer access to the computer I have installed my SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance license and I need to deactivate the license asap, in order to activate it again on my new computer. Can you please assist me with that?

    Thank you for your email.
    Your colleague Sebastiana (case 00852356) informed me that the licence was deactivated and I should be able to reactivate it on my new laptop. However, I am unable to do that. I copy-pasted the licence code found in my RWS account (under Product & plans > Licenses and subscriptions) but I keep getting this error message:
    "Could not activate this licence. No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code."
    How is that possible, if I have a perpetual licence and I am using the code provided in my RWS Account?
    Is there a different code I need to use?
    Thank you for helping me with this at your earliest convenience, as I really need to get back on Trados as soon as possible!
