How can I instal my licence in another computer?
If you have access to the old PC, please open Trados, go to Help - Product activation and deactivate the program.
Then you can install the program from your account, Products and Plans - Downloads. The activation code is in Products and Plans - Licenses.
If you do not have access to the old PC, please let us know so that we can submit a case for you.
