Reached maximum number of simultaneous attractions (I'm the only one using it so I don't know why), try to log in online to fix, get "you do not have sufficient permissions to access this account"

I can't use Trados because I'm getting this error message when I try to activate my subscription. I only use Trados on this PC so not sure where it's coming from.

Error message in Trados activation screen stating 'You have reached the maximum number of simultaneous activations allowed '1' for your subscription. Deactivate the other Studio instances or consider upgrading your subscription.'

Except I can't log in to Language Cloud to fix it!!! I get this error message:

What do I do?? I have work to do and can't use my software! Ugh.
