I bought Trados 2021 and my account is linked to my old GMX email address. I am now only using a GMAIL account, but my licence is still linked to my GMX account, as I don't seem to be able to change this. This prevents me from accessing jobs in Trados Enterprise. I need to completely delete the GMX email from my SDL/RWS account and use only the GMAIL one. How can I change the email address?
I have linked the gmail address with your actual account. You should receive an e-mail shortly to set up a password.
May I delete the empty account (the one with the gmail address) that you created by mistake? Also, may I delete the gmx address from your RWS account?
As for the Language Cloud account, I will submit a case for you below.
