Hi there, yesterday I had a chat with your support and deactivated my license on my old computer in order to installed SDL on my new computer. Now I am trying to activate my license on the new one. I already had quite a chat with the support yesterday about this. The problem remains: I seem to be unable to activate my license. I only get to "continue trial" which I did for now. The support lady told me that it WAS activated, though. Besides this, I am told by the software, that I am not able to work on a project in the cloud --- which I did not asked for, I never worked in the cloud --- so I am in real trouble here as I have a deadline to keep!!! Please help me out here! I also tried to deactivate my license on the new computer and activate it again on my old one in order to be able to work at all .... not a success either. Please make this a ticket, not a community question!
