I had to reset my SDL Trados 2017 settings and reinstall the software due to a strange error that prevented me from using the software. At first, everything seemed fine. But when I tried to open the software today, it said my license has expired and I need to enter an activation code. However, according to my RWS account, the license is not expired and it doesn't give me the option to reset the license. It does give me the option to activate the license offline, but then it asks for an installation ID which I can't find anywhere. Please help, this is urgent, I have a deadline in 2 hours.
