Hi, my laptop where my Studio licence was activated is unusable (does not turn on). This means I am not able to inactivate my Studio licence on it in order to activate it on another laptop. Can you help? I am desperate as cannot get any work done without Studio. Many thanks in advance for your help.

I've noticed you own a Freelance Plus 2022 version and you still have an activation available.
Please log in to your RWS account to download the installer from Products&Plans--> Downloads tab, and you can find the activation code under Licenses tab.

Hi Ana,
Thank you very much for your reply. In my account though, it states that the product is still licenced to my old laptop. I cannot inactivate it as the laptop is out of order. My version of Studio on the new laptop is the trial one. How do I inactivate it on the old laptop so that I can activate it on the new one.
