Trados deactivation and reinstallation on new laptop

Fran from customer support told me to log my support case here so that the support team could kindly help me with the following issue:

I would like to install my current Trados version on my new laptop. I have not used it for five years and cannot open it on my old laptop any more. Maybe I inadvertently disposed of a version with another old laptop after it broke because I did not need it then.

Fran wrote me that the support team could and would have to help me reinstall my current Trados license, because I cannot open and thus can't deactivate it myself any more. She did find my license under the e-mail address veronika.schmoll@gmx.at, maybe she has already replaced it by my current one veronika.schmoll@teletronic.at.
