For Trados Studio 2022 -Rename the 17 folder in: C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio 
 
 Rename the following XML files (for example, add an underscore before/after the file name): name_old 
 
 Still facing the issue.
