Only half of my SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus license got reset

Question

To whom it may concern: 
 I tried to reset one of my SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus licenses, but only the extra activation got reset. The main activation is still showing as not being deactivated. I tried to do an offline activation by following the instructions available on your site, but the link in the last line of the screenshot shown below was inactive. Please reset the entire license, including the main activation, from your side. The first four characters of the license are b811. Thank you.
