Perpetual Trados Studio 2022 SR2 Freelance - License expired

Question

I launched Studio 2022 today on the same computer it's been installed on for 18 months, only to be greeted with a "License Expired" message. I have tried to: 
 
 reenter my activation code, which does not work 
 deactivate offline, which yields an error message: " An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. " 
 reset the license, which also yields an error message. 
 
 So I cannot launch Studio at all, and can't deactivate / reactivate my license either. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
