Cannot start Trados Studio2019: "Active License: Evaluation Expired [37]"

Question

During startup of Trados Studio2019, the following message is displayed: 
 
 I have a permanent license and have already done the following: 
 went to C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio15\Data. and renamed the file Studio.lic file into old_Studio.lic. Then I started Trados Studio and tried to activate the licence but it is not available. 
 Can someone point me to the solution?
