I'm unable to deactivate Trados SDL Studio 2021 licence from my old Laptop.When i click on Deactivate button under Trados license Service Manager, I get the message "deactivation done successfully" but Activate button shows 1 instead of zero. We bought 6 licences and we need to reset only one licence. Please Help.!!!
We also need to know how can we buy AMC for 6 licences. This purchase was done 3 years back
