Thank you for raising this topic in the Forums.
To benefit from the newly added CALs, you will have to ask for a Trados GroupShare license reset in the first place. This KB article will help you: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001889.
After you have the confirmation that the Trados GroupShare license was reset, you will have to re-activate the license in the application. There are 2 ways to re-activate it:
Offline Deactivation/Activation: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000006334.
Online Deactivation/Activation: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000005236.
