I successfully deactivated my Trados Studio 2021 license on my old desktop computer before installing Trados on my new computer. Now I cannot activate Trados on my new computer because I apparently have an active license (when I check my RWS-account). I checked my old computer, but I cannot activate my license on that one either. I tried resetting my account and deactivating offline. But neither of those options solved my problem. How can I regain access to my license?
