"Not licensed" message after Technical Support solved the Failed to install RMS license string. Error ID: 210150

Hello,

Technical Support solved the error "Failed to install RMS license string. Error ID: 210150" yesterday, but when I opened Trados today, it did not recognise the licence:

Product activation window for Trados Studio 2022 SR2 displaying a 'Not Licensed' error with an 'Activate' button available.

Could you please tell me what to do?
