Hi,
We're trying to deactivate our 2019 licenses on the license server in order to upgrade to 2022 and redeploy on the new version of the license server. Currently 2/5 licenses are available for upgrade.
My IT team are trying deactivate the 3 licenses "in use" it but then it gave an error saying it couldn’t connect.
Can the Trados team deactivate licenses?
