License return and reactivation

Hi!

I had a problem with my notebook and didn't have time to return my Studio license. I have a Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus license. I know the Freelance Plus has 2 activations, but I would like to return the license and free the one I couldn't return and install Studio again. How can I do that?
