Issues with opening Trados Studio after installing trial version

Question

Hi,

I have downloaded a free trial version of Trados Studio 2022, and have installed it on my computer, but when I try to open it, I get two error messages. First one in English that says ”Failed to intialize view 'FilesView'”, and then one in Swedish saying ”Objektreferensen har inte angetts till en instans av ett objekt”. I have tried solving the problems through clicking on Knowledge Base and reading the tips there, but to no avail.

Would you please be able to help me out?
