Deactivating / reactivating licenses

Question

Hi all, 
 Due to some technical problems, my PC crashed and I cannot access my Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus/Trados 2007 Suite Freelance products, so that I can deactivate the licenses and reactivate them on my new PC. 
 Can you help with the deactivation/reactivation process?
