Trados Licence not recognised - email address not taken into account

Hello,

Today a pop-up window opened in Trados Studio asking to to enter my email address and username. I could not use Studio without filling the form. I entered the email that is registered with my RWS Workzone account, however, my 2022 Perpetual freelance license is registered with another email address. As the Workzone email is not recognized, the installed software license is no longer activated. If I copy and paste the activation code, I receive the message that the activation has failed as there are no licenses available for this code. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the software but it did not fix the issue. How can I use my license with my installed software? I only have one installation of Trados Studio so the license cannot be/is not used elsewhere.
