Hi good people. The following is my problem: 1- On my old device I deactivated/uninstalled (twice) Trados Studio Starter Edition 90 days free (which expires on 14th June 2024). 2 - On my new device I have downloaded/installed/activated online (twice) Trados Studio Freelance 12 month subscription purchased. 3- On following the training course level 1, when launching on my new device Trados Studio, I notice that I am given 30 days trial to complete the training course level 1. However, while following the level 1 course, and when launching Trados Studio, I notice that I am unable to replicate the Welcome screenshot window with the examples given by the training course, as in the (ribbon)  the icon software localization is greyish and I am unable to access it. Also the projects/files view windows still displays the sample projects I used during the Trados starter edition. It makes me think that I am still using starter edition and not the freelance subscription. 4 -Trados Studio 2022 product activation window, displays that i am activated to freelance subscription. Am I able to continue with level 1 training?. I have removed the old files from starter edition and I have decided to continue with the training. It seems that I am able to continue with the level 1 training. Please, any assistance is welcomed.
