Changing Free Trial License for a Paid License through key activation given by my employer

Hello,

I have a problem: I first dowloaded the free version of Trados Studio, and today my employer gave me an activation key to access a paid License, but it doesn't work when I try to use it...
It seems it's due to the fact my account isn't linked to the Cloud, but I don't find how to do it, niether through the software, nor through my RWS account...

Could someone help me on this, please?
