Good morning,
I would need to roll back to an older Trados version. So to deinstall the current one, I will need to deactivate the licence. But it is not possible - not online (no connection, which is why I need to go back to an older version, had this problem a couple of times before) and not offline. The deactivation text that I copy/paste is not accepted ...
What can I do now?

About the licence: licence management now says that I was using 0 licences currently and that 2 were available. But Studio is still activated ... Puzzling. It should be 1 in use and 1 available.
