What happens when click on "Save"? If it doesn`t work to save the installer in the current location (Onedrive\Jean - Personal\Documents) try to save it in another location like your C: drive.

I could download SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 CU8, SDL MultiTerm 2019 CU6 Desktop Installer, 

After I downloaded Show the community and clients you use SDL Trados Studio 2019 with your own SDL approved badge of excellence, I got the following pop-up. Is this normal?:

This "Badges" folder doesn`t seem to be the right installer, try to download them from the following links and install them:

Studio 2019 link with the odd result like above with a pop up with the file in. 

Multiterm 2019 is giving me the command if I replace it with this.
